Soaring into the Second Quarter!

Hello Reedy Creek Families,

Our Reedy Creek Eagles are officially soaring into the 2nd Quarter in our new nest, and what an incredible start to the school year it has been! The first quarter was filled with exciting learning opportunities, meaningful student engagement, and many memorable moments as students and staff became familiar with our beautiful new school building.

As we continue our journey together, our commitment to PBIS remains stronger than ever. At Reedy Creek, we focus on our core expectations of Safety, Ownership, Achievement, and Respect each and every day. These values help create a positive school culture where all students can learn, grow, and succeed.

We are also proud to celebrate earning Gold Model School Status, the highest recognition within the PBIS framework. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families. As Eagles, we are determined to maintain this prestigious status by continuing to demonstrate excellence in everything we do.

As we look ahead to December, families should be aware that all students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade will participate in the state's Progress Monitoring 2 (PM2) Assessments for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. These assessments provide valuable information about student growth and help us ensure that every child is on track for success.

Please watch for upcoming testing schedules and reminders from your child's teacher and the school. One of the best ways to support your child during testing season is to ensure they are present, on time, well rested, and ready to learn each day.
